Individual Counselling
Individual counselling can provide a safe neutral space in which to explore any difficulties you are facing. We strive to be impartial and although we don’t give advice, we can try and help to understand what you are going through.
Family Counselling
Family Support Therapy helps you to understand and cope better with the stresses and strains of family life, it can help the whole family to communicate better, and to support one another through difficult times, to reduce conflict and arguments and grow stronger as a result.
Couples Counselling
During sessions equal time is given to each partner, the focus is on the relationship and understanding for each other, learning to listen, not be judgemental or make assumptions and supporting each other through changes.
Adolescent Counselling
Counselling for teenagers uses all the same principles of adult therapy but is underpinned by strategies from developmental psychology.
Yoga Therapy
Yoga Therapy is a unique embodied therapy which considers the ‘whole’ person. Our mental and physical health is a combination of body, mind and breathing working in harmony together and through all life experiences, our physical body will respond to what is happening from moment to moment, whether the experience is one of joy & happiness or anxiety & fear.
