Matthew Beswick

Having experienced life-changing and transformative therapy myself, I was compelled to train as a therapist to support others in their personal growth and healing. I am a dedicated student member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), working towards my advanced humanistic and integrative therapy diploma.

I believe therapy is a deeply collaborative process built on trust, openness, and respect. My approach is centred on creating a secure and confidential space where you feel safe enough to explore any feelings, situations, or experiences you wish to bring to your session.  I endeavour to tailor sessions to your individual needs to help foster self-awareness and meaningful change.

I have experience working with both men and women, covering a range of different challenges such as;

  • Low self-esteem

  • Anxiety

  • depression

  • Trauma

  • Working with young people
